Another great month of May has come (and is now vanishing). This month holds many unique events for us. Let’s hear a few of them.
ONE of the most important events in May is Mother’s Day. Your girly pop guardian makes sure you have food, sleep, and happiness to carry with you at all times. May 10th, AKA Mother’s Day, is a time to make sure your mother has the break that she deserves.
May 25th is the day we honor everyone who passed away while doing a great deal in the military. We should continue to honor them and what they did for us. This special day is called Memorial Day.
Teacher Appreciation Week was running the entire first week of May. These kind adults spend hours a day to make sure you’re ready for the world. You can appreciate them by getting them gifts, making them cards, or even getting a snazzy “I ♡ MY TEACHER” shirt.
Our last sacred event is the Annual Eid Festival. It’s a family and friends celebration with food booths, chai (flavorful tea), local entertainment, along with clothing vendors and shops.
