Later, stir in 1 cup of flour, the salt, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Gradually add the remaining flour, mixing with a spoon or a strand mixer with a dough hook until the dough comes together and starts to pull away from the sides of the bowl. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead it for 5-8 mins until it is smooth and elastic. Lightly grease a large , clean bowl with the remaining olive oil. Place the dough ball into the bowl, turning it to coat all
ides with oil. Cover the bowl loosely with plastic wrap or a clean kitchen towel and place it into a warm, draft free place to rise for 1-1 ½ hours, or until it has doubled in size. Preheat the oven to a high temperature, around 425 degrees F to 475 degrees F. Punch down the risen dough. Then, divide the dough into two equal parts. Shape each potion into a ball, then roll it out to your desired crust size on a lightly floured parchment paper. Then, add toppings of your choice. Back into the preheated oven for 8-15 mins and enjoy!
