This recipe is fun, and easy to make and can be made pretty quickly. Read on to find out more. This recipe serves about 1-2 people.
Ingredients: Potatoes (2), oil(as much as needed to cover your pan with a thin layer of oil), garlic (2-3 cloves), butter(1-2 tbsp), water.
Steps:
- First wash your potatoes. Then cut them into half (Hotdog style). For the final cutting, cut each half into 3-4 pieces (Again, hotdog style).
- Then soak all your potato pieces in water for 5 minutes. Dry your potatoes. ( The drier, the crispier.)
- Next, on a pan, cover the bottom with a thin layer of oil and put it on the stove on medium-high heat.
- Put the potato pieces on the flat side, and cook each side for about 2-5 minutes until each side is golden brown.
- After all your potato pieces are cooked, sprinkle salt on top.

- In a bowl, put your butter in it and microwave it for 30-45 seconds. While this is happening, take your garlic cloves and crush them. When you take the butter out of the microwave, add the garlic and mix the butter up.
- Lastly, take your garlic butter, and pour it evenly over the potato wedges.
